Gipsy Hill - Napa


Brut IPA

Matt says: Clean, having a slight fizz to it and finishing super dry, with Gipsy Hill using Nelson Sauvin hops to bring that Sauvin flavours over that dry, almost champagne like finish. This style is something I'm very much looking forward to exploring over the coming months.

Emily says: A new style of IPA coming out of San Francisco. Brewed in South-East London of course! Gipsy Hill Napa, a Brut IPA, a beer where the idea is to get it dry, clean and champagne like. You get all of that plus a lovely white grape finish, unique and very different.
