🍻 Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! 🍻
Happy New Year! First off, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who made 2024 such an amazing time at the Three Hounds. We will slowly be reflecting on the year over the coming weeks but if it wasn't for such an amazing community and neighbourhood we wouldn't be doing what we love. So with that we want to say a massive tank you.

Kicking off 2025 with a little refit of the bar. So we will be closed from the 2nd to the 13th of January to get those jobs sorted. When we open however, expect 20 Taps of Keg Beers and 4 hand-pulls of Cask Ale for you to enjoy. 24 beers might seem a little much but we have thought hard and long about why we feel this is the best for what the Three Hounds can offer to you.
The 20 Tap Beers will be split between 10 House and 10 rotating Guest Beers. This enables us to keep the core beers flowing all year and also allow us to bring in exciting Tap Takeovers, like Drop Project from London, on the 17th, Pollys Brew from Wales and Verdant from Cornwall on the 24th and Elusive Brew from Berkshire on the 31st of January, without taking off any of our house lines. What are the house lines I here you ask? Find out more below.

🍻 Cask Club Membership! 🍻
The Three Hounds Bar & Brewery are proud of our support of the traditional pouring technique of British Beer in Cask. Beer can be enjoyed in many forms but there is something just majestic about a hand-pulled pint of Cask Beer. Beer brings people together and want to do that over a fantastic Cask Beer.
We have tried to keep our Cask Ales at £4 a pint since we installed our first hand-pull when we opened at 57 Beckenham Road and we are now up to three, going to four in the future. Unfortunately, we will be rising our price of a Cask Beer to £4.50 in 2025. There are several reasons for this from the price rises in the beer industry to the short shelf life of cask.
However, as we mentioned we started from one hand-pull and now have three, with the plans to go to four in the future. In 2024 we saw ourselves in CAMRA Good Beer Guide for the first time, doing not one but three Cask Festivals, two Cask Clubs at the Three Hounds and one Cask Festival in association with Beckenham Rugby Football Club and selling Casks from some of our favourite breweries in the UK.
This was all possible because of the amazing people that pop in and enjoy a good pint of Cask Ale, and we want to show you how grateful we for helping keep this traditional British serving technique alive. So we are introducing Three Hounds Cask Club Membership. This annual membership will get you 50p of your pint of Cask Ale throughout the year. Bringing your Pint of Cask back down to potentially £4 a pint. Not only does this give you a discount on Cask Ale at the Three Hounds throughout the year but so much more. "This place is a great addition to beckenham / penge. The beer is good. The staff and atmosphere are great! Enough said really! This is a small independent place with plenty of range in beer and cider from around the local area. Well worth stopping past and giving it a try" 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
"Fantastic beer both brewed by them and the ones sourced locally. Lovely and knowledgeable staff and dog friendly too." 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
"The three hounds is a massive addition to Clockhouse and Beckenham. It’s a wonderful place, very friendly, great beers and plenty other things to drink too. Always good to reserve a table if you want to arrange a meet up as (even though they’re expanding), it’s a very popular community hub." 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
