Solevari Reserve, Feteascã Regalã, DOC, Viile Timisului, Romania, 2022

Varieties: Feteascã Regalã 100% / Mineral, Black Locust Flowers, White Ripped Fruits.


This 100% Feteascã Regalã is harvested at night to retain freshness, with the grapes destemmed, lightly crushed, cooled and immediately pressed. The grapes then spend 14 days fermenting in stainless-steel before transferring to new French Oak for a further 30 days. This dry white wine brings hints of black locust flower, present mineralisation with ripe white fruits in the background. Good acidity and balance with a medium aftertaste.


Goes well with caprese salad, grilled fish and desserts with vanilla and peaches.

Bodegas Alto Moncayo, Veratón, DO Campo de Borja, Spain, 2022

Varieties: Garnacha 100% / Balsamic Notes, Chocolate, Black Fruits.


Garnacha vines aged 30–50 years grow between 550 metres in Borja and up to 850 metres in the higher-altitude Tabuenca area. Only perfectly ripe bunches are selected and harvested into small boxes to prevent crushing. After initial fermentation in small stainless-steel tanks is complete the wine is then ages for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, with 20% of these barrels being of second use. This intense deep red wine offers aromas of balsamic notes, chocolate and black fruits bring a warm, expressive palate that leas to a long, satisfying finish.


Excellent with beef, lamb, pork, and cured meats.

Bodegas Manzanos, Castillo De Enériz, Garnacha Rosé, Navarra, Spain, 2024

Varieties: Garnacha 100% / Fresh Delicate Peach, Red Fruits, Blood Orange


Meticulous attention to detail in the  clay-limestone soil vineyards, coupled with the extreme climate, offer the perfect conditions for the production of the Garnacha Grapes. Pale pink with hints of fresh peach, balanced with a fresh nose of blood orange. A subtle explosion of fresh red fruit and citrus note characters that shows the terroir of the vineyard site.


Perfect with Mediterranean seafood, tapas and grilled vegetables.

Felicette, First Contact, IGP Côtes Catalanes, Roussillon, France, 2024

Varieties: Muscat 60%, Grenache Gris 40% / Citrus Peel, Delicate Floral, Sweet Exotic Spices.


Grown on black schist soil of the Catalan coast this skin contact orange wine is a blend of Muscat and Grenache Grishich. This combination brings great freshness and minerality to the wine. The grapes are co-fermented on the skins for 20 days before ageing in stainless steel. Expect zesty citrus peel, delicate floral nuances and sweet exotic spices.


Pair with aged cheeses, honey and spice root vegetables and Mediterranean

Cielo e Terra, Casa Defra, Prosecco DOC, Spumante d'Oro, Veneto Italy. 

Varieties: Glera 100% / Aromatic Apple, Pear, Off Dry


Soft pressing and fermentation with maceration helps produce this delightful prosecco with aromatic apple and pear flavours that are followed by a crisp palate of succulent fruits, these are then rounded off with an off-dry bright finish.


Excellent with fine and light dishes.
