Our Second Collab Of 2026

We are hitting the ground running this year with our collaboration brews as we prepare to install our own brewery at the bar. This kit will allow us to brew 100L batches at a time, giving Rob and Matt the opportunity to continue growing their knowledge, experiment with beer styles not often seen at the bar and rebrew the likes of Get To Da Choppa and California Soul. Not only this but all beers brewed at the bar will 90% of the time be exclusively available at the Three Hounds. We have a few buddies who run amazing pubs that we would love to get the odd Three Hounds beer into so watch this space.

Last week saw both Rob and Matt head to Three Acres Brewery for our second collab of 2026. This time round they gained some insight into brewing up fantastic Cask Ale. We plan on producing our own House Cask Beer to complement the Golden Ale from Fyne Ales and the Bitter from Anspach & Hobday. This brew looked into this as we brewed up modern take on the E.S.B. What makes it modern I hear you ask? We took inspiration from Fuller's E.S.B with a packed and complex malt bill that brought full-bodied flavours of biscuit, honey and caramel. We then used modern hops Mandarina Bavaria and Olicana to bring Marmalade, Sweet Orange and Hedgerow notes to give our nod to the Fuller's classic.

This beer was brewed up on the Three Acres pilot kit and will be available only twice. The first cask of two will be at our April Mini Cask Festival on the 12th and the second cask will be available at this years Three Hounds & Beckenham RFC Beer Festival.

We are running a week long competition over on our Three Hounds Instagram for your chance to win two weekend tickets, £20 worth of beer tokens and a four pack of Three Hounds Beers. As we are talking about the Beckenham Beer Festival, two weekends ago Matt headed up to Harrogate to enjoy the Harrogate Beer Festival. Over on our website he has written up how the Harrogate Beer Festival was and some of the inspiration taken from this festival that he looks to implement at this years Beckenham Beer Festival.

Bullhouse from Northern Ireland takes of the Taps this Tuesday for St. Patrick's Day. We have six beers from the Belfast based brewery plus seven cans for you to get your hands on. The Craft Beer Channel over on YouTube recently interviewed the owners of Bullhouse and looked at the history and reason behind the laws in Northern Ireland that means this brewery only has 23 pubs in the whole of N.I that they can sell their beers too. If you have 25 minutes spare it is well worth a watch before you head on down to ours on Tuesday to join us for a little Bullhouse Tap Takeover.

We also now have a date for our Drop Project x Silent Brew x Three Hounds collab launch. We will have this New Zealand Pale Ale available in Keg, Cask & Cans on Wednesday 25th March. We are super excited for this brew and we can't wait to share it with you.
