During May the Campaign For Real Ale celebrates the every enjoyable and perfectly made for Cask, the Mild. To help revive the drink which saw a drop in popularity, CAMRA branches encourage local pubs to have at least one mild on the bar during the month of May, and that is exactly what we have been doing. Beckenham Beer Festival at the Beckenham Rugby Club hosted by Three Hounds & Beckenham RFC is this week! Fridays drinking starts at 3pm with an exhibition match between Beckenham RFC & Croydon RFC kicking off around 7pm. While Saturday starts from 11am and also sees the Family Touch Rugby Tournament from 11am to 1pm before the Competitive Touch Rugby Tournament starts around 2pm and finishes at 4.30pm. Happy New Year! First off we want to say a massive thank you to all 287 of you wonderful lot who wrote in and supported our Premises Licence for 57 & 59 Beckenham Road. After a very interesting hearing with the council this has now been granted, our plans for the Three Hounds Bar & Brewery is one step closer to happening.
