Supercute Beer Festival

Firstly, a massive thank you to everyone we saw at the Inclusivity Festival this weekend gone. We had a blast and it was such a great event for neurodivergent people and the wonderful people who care for them. The live music was great, the events throughout the day were well organised and the atmosphere was awesome. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year.

This week we are at the Supercute Beer Festival on Saturday from 12pm to 9pm at Croydon Road Recreation Ground. Tickets are £10 for adults, and entry for children is free and all ticket sales will support the Paddling Pool Fundraising Project. We will be slinging beers alongside our neighbours Br3wery, plus Brixton based Supercute & Harlem Brewing Company. There will be amazing food and wine stalls for you to enjoy plus live music. So why not pop along and enjoy a beer or two and help raise much needed funds for the refurbishment of the paddling pool.

Also this Saturday we welcome Cliveeys Collectibles to the bar from 12pm to 3pm for a TCG Pop-Up Event and Social. So if you are a big fan of Pokemon, Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z or Football Cards then what better way to get your TCG fix then to sip on a pint of Pendulum at the same time? 

The Battle of the Breweries Round Three with Burnt Mill & Burning Sky is over and Burnt Mill move onto the next round by just one vote. Round Four will see new brewery on the block Palindrome take on theirs and our good friends Drop Project for that place in the final. That will take place on September 13th and as always, its up tot he peoples vote who goes through to the next round.

The Premier League kicks off this Friday and like the last  two seasons we have set up our yearly Three Hounds League on FPL and if you fancy your chance at beating Matt and Adam at FPL then hit the link and join the Three Hounds League.

The last bit of news for the week is we have added an extra beer event for everyone to enjoy on Friday 28th as we have a Tap Takeover from Sureshot out of Manchester. Except more information on this next week.

🍻 What's On Cask! 🍻

We didn't want to do this as we are big fans of Cask Ale but due to the weather and people gravitating more towards the keg lines we have seen a massive fall off in Cask Beer sales. This unfortunately means we are going down to just two Cask Beers over the Summer, we have however, installed our Summer Cask Cooler this week so ensure the Cask Beer is at a fantastic temperature once poured, if sales do pick up we will slowly go back up too four lines. However, this pretty much realise on people popping in for a pint of the good stuff, and this week we saw even are most loyal Cask drinkers go for the colder keg beers.
