Green Hops & Belgian Beers

This week kicks off with Satirev Collective on Wednesday 14th for their Pop-In Art Session with a Pottery Painting Class available. This new monthly Pop-Up Art Session is about bringing like minded people together in a relaxed and welcoming space. So pop along, get creative and meet fellow artists. Tickets are super limited for this so make sure you head over to Satirev Collective to book you space today.

We enter the last week of the Three Hounds Harvest Festival'26 after a successful Oktoberfest at the Beckenham Rugby Club, a very enjoyable Wild Ale Showcase and Cider & Perry Showcase. The last two events celebrating the fantastic wonders of Beer & Cider are about Green Hops & Belgian Beers, with a Belgian Beer Tap Takeover on Thursday 15th October that will showcase seven great Belgian Beers. Then on Sunday 18th October, our Green Hop Cask Beer Showcase will be on for four days and include eight Green Hop Beers to really celebrate the harvest of fresh hops in the UK. We have beers showing the quality of fresh hops like UK Cascade, Fuggles, Harlequin and more. Both beer lists can be found below.

Next week sees a free comedy night with James Dowdeswell bringing his Beers Of A Clown comedy show to the downstairs seating area on Wednesday 21st. Unfortunately for those looking at buying tickets to this months LaTR:3Hounds with Non Canon 10th Anniversary Gig, this is now sold out. 

We also have our first Charity Five-Aside Tournament for Living Well Bromley on Saturday 24th. Not only are the teams raising money for this amazing local charity but we have an Online Charity Raffle with prizes from local businesses and on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th of October, we will be donated 50p from every pint of Pendulum sold to Living Well Bromley. Our goal is to raise over £1000 through this Charity Football Tournament. This week we added two more prizes to the raffle in the form of a Goodie Bag from Crystal Palace FC and a £40 Voucher from the Star & Garter in Bromley. This brings the total to 12 prizes to be won. So if you haven't already get over to the raffle and help us raise money for a fantastic local charity. However if you are unable to donate for whatever reason that is absolutely fine, if you could spread the word and send people to the Online Raffle that is just as impacting. Thank you in advance to everyone who has or will be donated and to those who have shared our event with other.

We have seen a pick up in Cask Beer sales the last couple of weeks which means we are slowly making our way back to four casks on at all times but for now we are back to three. Over the next week or two we will slowly have Jarl from Fyne Ales and The Ordinary Bitter from Anspach & Hobday back on as permanents while the other two rotate through a great selection of beers including what we have below.
