All The Tap Takeovers

Not one but three Tap Takeovers are happening this week and all in quick succession. Drop Project kicks off our week of TTOs on Wednesday 21st with their yearly release of Shifty Shifty, we are lucky to have this amazing IPA on Keg and Cask for you to enjoy, plus a Cask Sour Beer, yes you read that right. We can't wait for you to try this amazing Cherry Sour on cask.

Verdant Brewing then hit the taps on Friday the 23rd for their yearly release of Putty, we have this absolute beast of a Double IPA alongside 5 more amazing Keg Beers and 2 fantastic Cask Ales, including a Coffee Edition of their Burnthouse Cask Porter.

Closing off the week of amazing tap takeovers we have 12 different breweries making their way onto the Taps and Hand-Pulls for our Showcase of Scottish Breweries. Expect beers from Loch Lomond, Fyne Ales, Otherworld, Vault City, Fierce Beer, 71 Brewing, Six Degrees North, Speyside, Holy Goat, New Barns & St. Andrews.

There is only 5 tickets left for the first LaTR:3Hounds of the year. the fantastic night sees music and story telling from Milton Hide & Scurravagus. Tickets are £11 and can be found here.

Everyone loves a good discount and every Monday at the Three Hounds we offer just that. At Monday Club you can get our award-winning Pendulum, Session IPA, for just £5 a pint and all our Cask Ales are just £4 a pint, please note that Cask Club discount is not valid on those Cask Beers. We will also have a couple of beers with a nice 10% off if you didn't fancy a Cask Beer or Pendulum.

Lets Talk Cask 

We are proud of our support of the traditional pouring technique of British Beer in Cask. Beer can be enjoyed in many forms but there is something just majestic about a hand-pulled pint of Cask Beer. Beer brings people together and want to do that over a fantastic Cask Beer. We are now on four hand-pulls for you to enjoy throughout the week, including two house beers from Anpach & Hobday, and Fyne Ales. Help us keep this tradition alive and let your Cask Ale drinking buddies know what we have on offer.

Unfortunately, we have not been shortlisted for this years Bromley CAMRA Pub of the Year. Even though this is a shame the five pubs in the running for PotY for Bromley all deserve to be there and we wish them all the luck at being honoured with being Bromley CAMRA Pub of the Year. 

If you are also a CAMRA Member, remember to WhatPub the Cask Beers you have at ours. This helps us get noticed by Bromley CAMRA and hopefully have back-to-back entry in the Good Beer Guide and who knows maybe win Bromley CAMRA Pub of the Year one day. So come and drink the good stuff, tell your friends and help us get more people drinking Cask Ales.
