American Tap Takeover and New Three Hounds Casks!

This week sees some big beers hitting the Taps and the Hand-Pulls. Not only do we have our American Tap Takeover starting this Thursday but on Sunday we will also have our May Cask Festival. First up is news on the Beckenham Beer Festival. The beer list is now 99% done, and we are not only showing off local and UK breweries but we also have couple of Belgian Beers on the Taps for you, after Matt popped over to Bruges a few weeks back. Which if you ever need recommendations on where to drink and eat in Bruges we have started an ever growing and ever evolving blog post for you to look over. You can read all about it here. Back to the Beer Festival and on the Friday night we have Beckenham RFC taking on Croydon RFC in an exhibition match for everyone to enjoy. The beers and ciders on offer is now sitting at 40 with the likes of Fell Brewing, Downlands Brewing, De Halve Maan & Sierra Nevada going the line up. Tickets are just £3 for a day or £5 for the weekend. Tickets can be purchased here.

Last week we mentioned we have some development on our Three Hounds Charity Football Tournament. It's a small step but we have figured out the Tournament format, which will be eight teams of eight players. Each team entry costs £80 which is split between registration fees and our chosen charity, which for the 2026 Three Hounds Charity Football Tournament will be Living Well Bromley, who is a Food Bank and Support Charity based in Penge. Our aim for this tournament is to raise at least £500 for Living Well Bromley, look out for a link to a Just Giving page in the near future. PS. We also have a wicked idea for a Charity Football Shirt too, where all profit will go to Living Well Bromley.

This May Cask Festival sees two of the six limited edition casks we made with Stay Wild. Named after the a shape-shifting creature from Celtic folklore, Púca is a 5.0% Stout, in which we added some extra ingredients to the Casks. There will be six versions of Púca coming out over the coming weeks with Púca One & Two at Sundays May Cask Festival, Púca Three & Four at the Beckenham Beer Festival and Púca Five & Six landing the week after. We will be running a give away competition for anyone who has a half of each Púca over the coming weeks.
